For two decades Charles served at top firms Shearson Lehman, New York Life and Merrill Lynch, culminating in a role as a senior investment officer at Smith Barney. In 2003, he launched CJM Wealth Management, an independent advisory firm, fueled by a passion for people – not profits. He is keenly focused on learning through listening – understanding what is most important to our clients, and building a plan around that passion to help them live a more fulfilling life. CJM stands at the nexus of business and personal assets where we continue to distinguish ourselves every day by providing comprehensive wealth management and investment strategies.

Q: What’s your favorite book and why?
A: “The One Thing: The Surprisingly Simple Truth Behind Extraordinary Results,” by Gary W. Keller and Jay Papasan. The book really makes you think about the one thing that will make you successful and happy in life.
